We currently ship within the United States from our American production facilities, with plans to offer international shipping soon. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and selected method, and estimates will be provided at checkout. OAKN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events like natural disasters. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your OAKN gear. If you’re not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
